IKAROS 2.0 – SITE CONCEPT

The office complex IKAROS 2.0 was developed between 2002 and 2005.
It consists of two buildings Artemis and Apollo, which provide together approx. 25,000 m² of office space,
approx. 5,000 m² of archives and approx. 800 interior parking spaces.
The street levels of both buildings will be linked and will accommodate shops, services and offices.
The complex is made of 5 upper and 4 basement floors
The bright entrance areas of both buildings are accessible from rue de Neudorf. The buildings have separate addresses.
